For a limited time, claim six months of free access to the full Dashboard. Google Search is coming soon and is not yet available with Explorer. We’re learning which workflows matter most and inviting early Explorers to help guide what we build. Some things may not work as expected yet.
Claim yours while Explorer enrollment is open. Your six months starts when your license is issued. There is no announced closing date. Closing enrollment will not shorten your license or remove time you have earned.
Tab Automation isn’t available in the Chrome Web Store yet. You can claim your Explorer License now; we’ll email you at your checkout email address when it’s ready to install. Your six-month license period starts when your key is issued, including time before the extension becomes available.
What stays free
Create, edit, test, save, and run your own automations without a license. Every custom step, Values, Repeat, and side-panel Activity is available. Your automations keep working when Explorer ends.
Your data stays yours. Dashboard lists, search, filters, exports, downloads, and deletion are available without an Explorer License. Expiry never deletes your configurations or results.
What Explorer unlocks
Explorer unlocks Dashboard record details, previews, analysis, and metadata recovery. Google Search is coming soon. A license does not enable it yet; you can preview the planned workflow on its documentation page.
Paste your key into Settings or an Explorer prompt. Each key allows one active Chrome installation/profile. Automations and results stay local, with no device sync. We issue one initial free license per email and add rewards to that same key.
To move your key, choose Open My Orders, enter your checkout email, and open the sign-in link in your inbox. Open the order and license details, deactivate the previous activation, then choose Try again in the new installation. See My Orders access instructions, or contact us if you need help.
Clear key only removes the key from this installation; it does not release the activation. Re-entering it in the same installation reuses its binding. A new Chrome profile or reinstall may require releasing the previous activation. Removal takes effect on the next successful license check, not immediately while offline.
Contribute and earn three more months
Send a useful bug report, workflow need, suggestion, or translation contribution. Each distinct contribution approved after review earns three additional calendar months—even if it hasn’t shipped. We extend from your current expiry, or from approval if your license has already expired.
You don’t need to write code or praise the product. Tell us what went wrong or what would make your work easier. Submitting feedback alone does not automatically earn an extension; we review whether it contributes useful information. Repeated submissions of the same contribution are not separate rewards.
Feedback can be anonymous. For a reply or reward, include the email used to claim your license, never your license key. After an extension, choose Check again in Settings to see the updated date. The contribution-extension process continues for existing Explorers after enrollment closes.
Generous checks and a 30-day grace period
After expiry, you get 30 extra days of Explorer access. Settings shows the expiry and grace deadline. If a license check fails because you’re offline or our service is unavailable, previously verified access stays available while we retry. A new key needs a successful first check. Confirmed invalid or disabled keys do not unlock Explorer.
Checks run when you enter a key, when you choose Check again, and periodically in the background—normally no more than once a day. They are not required for every automation step.
After access ends, new pre-built runs and manual resumes are gated. A pre-built workflow already running finishes its current finite run; a repeating workflow stops before another cycle. You can always pause it yourself. Your custom automations are unaffected.
Fair pricing, shaped by usefulness
Maintaining Tab Automation takes ongoing work. We want future pricing to be fair and grounded in the value it brings to your workflows. Pricing is still undecided, and your free license will never automatically become a paid subscription. Explorer does not promise lifetime access or a future price.
Find your key or get help
Your key is in your receipt and My Orders. Clearing it removes it only from this browser; you can enter it again. Contact us if you need help.
Automation settings and retained results stay on your computer. The licensing service receives your key to verify access. Page visits, file requests, and configured webhooks contact their respective destinations. See Privacy and Terms.
