Use Send Alert when a point in the run should get your attention. It fires a desktop notification and/or sound when the runner reaches this step. Add Step inserts both on, and you can turn either off.
It does not replace Repeat Each cycle or When it stops. Those stay on the Repeat End block and stay off until you enable them.
Place this step inside If / Else Then or Else, or after Wait / Delay Until, when those moments should notify. If does not own alerts.
OS notifications stack. Clicking a banner focuses that tab. The extension needs the notifications permission.
How to add it
Add Step → Send Alert. Leave desktop notification and sound on, or turn one off. Click Test to prove the OS will show a banner before you rely on a run.
If Test is silent, start with OS permission for Google Chrome — not website notification settings.
Not this step
Does not replace End Each cycle / When it stops. Does not watch the page. Pair it with If or Wait Until.
